Your group will love gathering in the brand new kitchen dining area with seating for 10+ people comfortably. Enjoy sharing vacation moments and laughter with a dinner whipped up from our crisp white cook’s kitchen replete with Silestone countertops.

The grill master in your group will love the high-end BBQ grill to whip up some coastal seafood that Cape Cod is so well known for. Choose to dine inside the home or in on the backyard patio under the pergola. Guests love our hot/cold outdoor shower to wash away sandy feet from a day at the beach.

The open concept coastal living room is the perfect place to kick back and relax at days end for the entire family/group. Catch the big game or great movie on our 55” HDTV. Sink into our plush L shaped couch or choose a captain’s chair and tuck into a great beach read. There’s room for everyone.

No need to fight over the bedrooms - they are all large and well-appointed. And, each floor has a King BR.

The master king bedroom is tucked away for privacy on the main level replete with Smart HDTV and beautiful coastal en suite  with Silestone counters and double vanity. A bunk room is also located on the main level with an office nook to catch up on some emails. The bunk bed has full size mattresses for stretching out or kids' slumber parties. The well thought-out floor plan buffers noise between the master and bunk bedrooms. 

Head upstairs and find 4 bedrooms off of the central hall plan. The King bedroom has been outfitted with cheery coastal bedding and furniture. There are 2 more beautiful bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each which can easily slide together to make king beds if you are traveling with a group of adults. The fourth bedroom upstairs has a full bed plus a twin.

Your Private Beach: The home is a 900 foot walk (4 minutes). Need lunch or a glass of wine? Walk to the house & back in a snap. Ready for dinner, but can't bear to leave the beach? Walk up to the Popponesset Marketplace, grab some seafood, pizza, etc. and be back to the beach to watch the sunset in minutes. Our beach is not on a bay, inlet, or river. We are south-facing ATLANTIC OCEANFRONT with views and protection of Martha's Vineyard. The water is generally calm, with no undertow, and VERY WARM - over 70 degrees F in summer, as we get a southern Atlantic water flow, unlike many areas on the Cape (Brr!) The beach and surf have soft sand and usually have few rocks. The beach is great for families. Kids meet and get to play with the same friends all week long! Not much surfing, but you can kayak and bring floats if you like.
