This 4/5 bedroom, vacation home has a unique layout perfect for larger groups. The open concept, coastal living room is the heart of the home and a perfect respite at days end for the entire family/group to gather. See sleeping details below.

Choose to dine inside the home or in one of our backyard patios. There are 2 to choose from.

 

At days end sink into the master king bedroom with new memory foam bed and HDTV. Wash away the salty ocean spray one of two newly renovated coastal baths with granite and high end finishes.

 

The queen bedroom functions as a second master bedroom and there are two more bedrooms adjacent (one with full size bed and another with two twins).

 

The second floor has a large sleeping loft (with two single twins and bunk bed).

 

Inflatable mattresses are provided for flexibility and baby pack 'n' play is inside the home for the little ones.

Your Private Beach: The home is 600 foot walk (2-3 minute walk).

 

Need lunch or a glass of wine? Walk to the house & back in a snap. Ready for dinner, but can't bear to leave the beach? Walk up to the Popponesset Marketplace, grab some seafood, pizza, etc. and be back to the beach to watch the sunset in minutes.

 

Our beach is not on a bay, inlet, or river. We are south-facing ATLANTIC OCEANFRONT with views and protection of Martha's Vineyard.

 

The water is generally calm, with no undertow, and VERY WARM - over 70 degrees F in summer, as we get a southern Atlantic water flow, unlike many areas on the Cape (Brr!)

 

 The beach and surf have soft sand and usually have few rocks, though it depends on what Mother Nature brings that season.

 

The beach is great for families. Kids meet and get to play with the same friends all week long!

 

Not much surfing, but you can kayak and bring floats if you like.
